New IAAPS website wins accolade for best user experience

IAAPS’ new website, which went live in July this year, has been hailed best in class for user experience at this year’s ‘Techies Awards Swindon and Wiltshire’.
Digital Wonderlab, the Bath-based digital agency which supported IAAPS with the relaunch of its online presence, were the winners in the prestigious ‘Best UX’ category, with judges praising the site’s intuitive user journey, accessible navigation as well as clarity of information and messaging, all of which have led to significant growth in website traffic and better engagement with IAAPS’ target audience.
The ambition for the new site was to outline IAAPS’ value proposition and reflect its status as global leader in the field of advanced propulsion R&I, centred around the USP of ‘academic rigour with commercial focus’. Following in-depth user profile mapping, defining the requirements of IAAPS’ target customers, content, features and navigation were designed to showcase IAAPS’ expertise, state-of-the-art facilities and industry-leading capabilities in a clear and concise manner.
